10th anniversary with the best chefs of the world

Along four days of this coming October, Riviera Nayarit and Puerto Vallarta will live the great anniversary celebration featuring the world gastronomy’ most important characters.

 With the motto: Mexico, thanks for so much!, Vallarta Nayarit Gastronomica will have it most special celebration, with Hard Rock Hotel at Riviera Nayarit as the main venue, celebrating 10 consecutive years of being one of the most outstanding gastronomy gatherings, featuring chefs Chefs adding up to 14 MICHELIN STARS AND 18 REPSOL SUNS, besides prominent chefs within the 50 BEST LATIN AMERICA and TOP CHEFS in Mexico and other countries.

SHOWCOOKINGS, PREMIUM TASTINGS, GOURMET WORKSHOPS, GASTRONOMIKIDS, TASTINGS, EXPO ZONE, EXPERTS’ PANELS, PAIRING DINNERS and SPECIAL EVENTS, all within the celebrations of Puerto Vallarta’s Centennial and Riviera Nayarit’s 10th anniversary. For the first time, GUADALAJARA will be the “Guest City” and AEROMEXICO the official airline

This year’s lineup, as it has to be, will be a feast for senses. We will have the following chefs:

Vallarta Nayarit Gastronómica would not be complete without GASTRONOMIKIDS, born in 2016 to stay and support underprivileged kids, as part of our social responsibility program, through love for gastronomy.
